Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

1. Information We Collect & Usage

We may collect personally identifiable information voluntarily submitted by users during the checkout and order submission process. Such information may include, without limitation, your legal full name, active email address, valid phone number, physical shipping address, and reference photographs uploaded for the purpose of custom artwork fabrication.

All credit card and payment instrument transactions are routed, authenticated and processed exclusively through PCI-compliant third-party payment service providers, including PayPal. Our website and underlying server infrastructure shall not receive, retain, archive or otherwise store full credit card account numbers, card verification values (CVV), expiry dates, or complete banking account credentials within our local databases.

All categories of data collected by our platform, including all submitted reference imagery, shall be utilised solely for the limited purpose of validating, processing, manufacturing and fulfilling your bespoke artwork order, and shall not be repurposed for any external, secondary or unrelated business objectives.

2. Further Rules For Data Use

We shall not sell, lease, license, trade, disclose or otherwise transfer your personal data and original reference photographs to any external third parties for the purposes of outbound marketing, targeted advertising, lead generation or any other unrelated commercial activity. All customer-provided reference imagery is restricted strictly to internal production workflows and shall not be reproduced, exhibited or published in any public forum absent a valid written authorisation granted by the customer.

3. Information Sharing

We may disclose only the minimum subset of shipping-related personal data reasonably necessary to contracted logistics carriers, solely to facilitate the physical delivery of your completed artwork. Except for this limited disclosure, we undertake not to distribute or release your personal contact information, reference materials or other private user data to any unaffiliated third-party entities unless we have obtained your prior explicit written consent.

4. Artwork Public Display Authorization

The scope of permissible public exhibition of the finished custom artwork is governed strictly by the product variant selected by you at the time of checkout:

  • Social Media Version: You hereby grant to us a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce and display the finished copper portrait artwork across our official website and social media channels, for portfolio curation and lawful promotional activities.
  • Private Version: The finished artwork is subject to strict confidentiality restrictions. Under no circumstances shall we publish, exhibit, distribute, reproduce or leverage the finished artwork for any public marketing, advertising or promotional activities.

5. User Rights

Subsequent to the full completion, inspection and delivery of your commissioned artwork order, you reserve the right to submit a formal request to our support channel for permanent deletion of your stored personal records and uploaded reference photographs, at any time and without penalty.

6. Data Security

We implement a suite of commercially reasonable technical, administrative and operational safeguards designed to mitigate risks of unauthorised access, alteration, corruption, loss and unauthorised disclosure of stored user personal data. Notwithstanding our security controls, no method of electronic storage or internet-based data transmission can be guaranteed to be entirely invulnerable or free from security vulnerabilities.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website deploys persistent and session-based cookies alongside comparable anonymous tracking technologies. These technologies are utilised to maintain core site functionality, aggregate anonymous traffic analytics, and assess the performance of our social media marketing campaigns. No personally identifiable user information is extracted, transmitted or shared with external parties via these tracking mechanisms. You retain the ability to disable or restrict cookie functionality through the native configuration settings of your web browser.

    8. Policy Updates

We retain the unilateral right to revise, amend or supplement this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. All material revisions shall be published on this page and shall become legally enforceable immediately upon publication.
